Our granddaughter won second place, in the 1st grade division, for the birthday card that she made for the Dr. Seuss contest. This took in three schools within the county. A proud grandma.
You should be a proud grandma! Take a picture of her card before it accidentally get thrown away or damaged...I read that somewhere...that we can't keep every piece of artwork or school paper put we can keep a photo of the ones they want to keep most on a disk or flashdrive. I really wish I had photos of things my kids did when they were little.
