Jon Mark Beilue is one of my favorite columnists and just about the only reason I ever read our newspaper. I like his humor. Here I was thinking of ways to deal with water conservation like catch water in a bucket that would be going down the drain (picture slap on the forehead) when our new mayor had this idea........like Mr. Beilue says, good luck with that one..........
